We represent victims of traffic accidents and negotiate with the insurance companies to recover the damages suffered by our clients promptly and to the maximum extent possible.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, we will file and pursue a lawsuit on your behalf. We also file liability claims on behalf of our clients.

On the other hand, if we receive a request from a person who has been the perpetrator of a traffic accident, we will handle the case with appropriate and reasonable details so that the case can be resolved as soon as possible.

We have experience in handling many somewhat complex cases, including specialized consultations such as cerebrospinal fluid hypovolemia (low spinal fluid pressure syndrome), valuation loss, bicycle accidents, and cases in which there is a dispute over the evaluation of the residual disability grade.
