Our firm has a particular focus on legal issues related to real estate, including real estate transactions and lease issues (mainly on the owner’s side and the management company’s side).

We have extensive experience in working with real estate sales companies, real estate management companies, and rent guarantee companies, and can apply this knowledge to provide consultation on a wide range of issues, from surrender, nonpayment of rent, restoration to original condition, deposit and renewal fee issues, and repair issues to issues related to real estate transactions.

Furthermore, we also deal with issues related to neighbor relations, such as boundary determination, as well as defective housing and various problems arising from land co-ownership.

Recently, we have had many opportunities to give lectures on the revision of the Civil Law, and we also provide legal advice on drafting risk-reducing rental agreements and real estate purchase agreements in light of the Civil Law revision.
