We represent our clients in negotiations and litigation to finalize divorces, as well as in negotiations and litigation to secure custody in the event of divorce, to claim child support, to claim division of property, and to claim alimony.

In the case of divorce and gender issues, many people consult with us after the case or separation. However, by consulting with us before the case or separation, it may be possible to proceed with negotiations to the client’s advantage, so please consult with us as soon as possible if you have any concerns.

On the other hand, we also provide consultation on amicable mediation aimed at maintaining the marital relationship, filing a claim for sharing of marital expenses, petition for designation of a custodian, and handover of children on the premise that the marital relationship will be maintained.
