Prior to joining IP Law Firm Lexceed Tech, I have worked on domestic and international patent prosecution and post‑grant matters in the biotechnology and chemistry fields. I have also supported academia in identifying promising inventions and developing effective patent filing strategies. Through an analysis of the legal context surrounding the inventions, I provide guidance on intellectual property strategies aligned with technological trends, as well as providing advice on the direction of research and development after patent filing and grant.
